What is the return policy?
For physical products (indicator stickers), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. For digital products and service contracts, all sales are final due to the nature of downloadable content. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
What are the shipping options?
We offer standard shipping for all physical products within the United States.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Digital products and service contracts are delivered instantly via download after payment is completed.
When will I receive my order?
Physical products: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.Digital products: Available for instant download immediately after purchase. Filmmaking services: Scheduling and delivery timelines are discussed and confirmed individually per project.
How can I track my order?
For physical orders, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.You can track your package using the carrier’s tracking page.Digital orders do not require tracking and can be accessed directly from your confirmation email or account.
Do you have a loyalty program?
At this time, we do not offer a formal loyalty program. However, returning customers may receive exclusive discounts, early access to new products, or special offers from time to time. Follow us or subscribe to our mailing list to stay updated.
